1. Digital product delivery

Whitepaper.world sells downloadable digital templates. Delivery is digital only; no physical product is shipped.

2. General refund rule

Because our products are downloadable digital files, refunds are not normally available after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer law.

3. When refunds or replacements may be approved

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the files are defective, materially different from the product description, inaccessible due to a technical issue we cannot resolve, or if there was a duplicate purchase, contact us for assistance, replacement files, or a refund where appropriate.

4. EU consumers and digital delivery

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal before digital delivery begins. By accessing or downloading the files, you agree that digital delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. How to request a refund

Contact info@whitepaper.world with your order email, product name, purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for screenshots or other details to diagnose the problem.

6. Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the payment provider used for the original transaction. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to return funds to your account.
