License Agreement

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Ownership

The templates are original works created by Denis Dubrovin and authorized for sale through Whitepaper.world by Nika Dobina. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with their owner or authorized rightsholder. A purchase grants you a license to use the template — it does not transfer ownership of the template.

2. Standard License

Every purchase includes the Standard License. It is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template in a single end product — one finished document or document project (for example, one white paper, one annual report, or one series of issues of the same document) created for yourself, your company, or one client.

3. What you may do

Under the Standard License you may:

  • Use the template for personal or commercial purposes in one end product.
  • Edit and customize the template: replace text and images, change colors, typography, and layout.
  • Export and publish the finished document in any format (print or digital).
  • Distribute the finished document free of charge to an unlimited audience (e.g., publish a white paper on your website, hand out reports at a conference).
  • As a freelancer or agency, charge your client for your design services and deliver the finished document to one client per license. A different client or a new, unrelated project requires a separate license.

4. What you may not do

Under the Standard License you may not:

  • Sell the end product. If end users pay to access the document made from the template (a paid report, a paid e-book, print-on-demand goods, etc.), you need an Extended License — see section 5.
  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, lease, or give away the template or its source files, whether original or modified, on their own or as part of another template, theme, or design asset.
  • Upload the template to marketplaces, stock libraries, file-sharing services, or public repositories.
  • Use the template in "made-to-order" or automated on-demand generation systems where customers customize documents themselves.
  • Create a competing template product from it or claim the template design as your own template product.

5. Extended License

An Extended License is required when the end product itself is sold — for example, a report or e-book that end users pay for. Extended Licenses are not yet available for self-service purchase. If you need one, contact info@whitepaper.world and we will arrange it individually.

6. Fonts, images, and third-party assets

Product pages list whether fonts, images, and other assets are included. Free font links or third-party assets may be subject to their own licenses. Customers are responsible for checking third-party asset licenses for their intended use.

7. Client work

You may use the template to create a finished document for a client. Your client may use and distribute the finished exported document under the same limits as this license, but they may not receive the source template files or any right to resell or redistribute them.

8. Contact
