1. Ownership

The templates are original works created by Denis Dubrovin and authorized for sale through Whitepaper.world by Nika Dobina. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with their owner or authorized rightsholder.

2. What you may do

You may use a purchased template for personal, internal business, or client projects. You may edit the template, replace text and images, change colors and typography, export final documents, and deliver finished documents to your client.

3. What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload to marketplaces, include in competing template products, or publish the source template files as a standalone product. You may not claim the original template design as your own template product.

4. Fonts, images, and third-party assets

Product pages list whether fonts, images, and other assets are included. Free font links or third-party assets may be subject to their own licenses. Customers are responsible for checking third-party asset licenses for their intended use.

5. Client work

You may use the template to create a finished document for a client. Your client may use the finished exported document, but they may not receive rights to resell or redistribute the source template files.
